- Sushumna means ’Sacred Stream’. Its function is to carry awakened energy and your awareness up to the higher Chakras once Rudrani has cleared the path of the lower Chakras.
- The Moon and Sun channels, called Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi must be balanced in order for Sushumna to open.
- Without Sushumna being activated, deep states of Meditation will not occur.
